2.1 No Refunds: After the initial 7-day period, we do not provide refunds for subscription fees, including for partial use or if you decide to downgrade your account.
2.2 Exceptions: We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or significant changes to our service offering. These will be evaluated at our sole discretion.
