Refund & cancellation policy

1. What you buy

Foliopin Premium costs ₹599 a year (Indian rupees; no GST is charged). It switches on straight away and unlocks every template, colour themes and more storage for one year. You can pay once for a year, or choose auto-renew so it is charged every year.

Foliopin is a product of CloudtoBuild. Payments are received by CloudtoBuild through Razorpay, so your bank statement, SMS and Razorpay's payment emails show the name CloudtoBuild.

2. Refunds

Because Premium is a digital service that starts immediately, payments are not refundable once the purchase is complete, including if you stop using Foliopin before the year ends.

We will refund you in full if:

• you were charged twice for the same purchase (a duplicate payment), or
• money left your account but the payment failed and Premium was not switched on.

Write to privacy@foliopin.com with the payment ID (shown in Account → Premium & billing) within 30 days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. [LEGAL REVIEW: confirm timelines.]

3. Cancelling auto-renew

You can turn off auto-renew any time in Account → Premium & billing. No further payments are taken, and Premium stays on until the end of the year you have already paid for. A renewal that has already been charged is not refundable.

4. When Premium ends

If Premium isn't renewed, your account goes into a 30-day grace period, then your portfolio goes offline until you renew or switch to a free template. Nothing you added is deleted during the grace period.
